Liebe Freundinnen, Freunde und Freundesfreunde des Jura-Museums und unseres hochgeschätzten Helmut Tischlinger,

damit Sie sich auch weiterhin eingeladen fühlen, soll diese kleine Gestaltung Sie auf das besondere Ereignis einstimmen.

Zur Veranstaltung eingeladen sind alle Vereins-Mitglieder als eingetragene Freundinnen und Freunde des Jura-Museums, außerdem eine Reihe explizit geladene Gäste.

Wenn Sie sich bereits angemeldet haben, brauchen Sie nichts zu tun, außer sich um Anfahrt und ggf. Unterbringung zu kümmern. Sollten Sie dabei Hilfe benötigen, sagen Sie gern Bescheid. Zum Colloquium wird kein Eintritt oder Unkostenbeitrag erhoben. Wir benötigen Ihre Anmeldung lediglich zur Abschätzung der Teilnehmerzahl. Bitte halten Sie die Mitgliederausweise bereit; die aktualisierten Karten befinden sich derzeit im Versand.

Alle, die mit Helmut Tischlinger bereits eng zusammengearbeitet haben, seine bisherige Wegstrecke begleiten konnten und/oder wissenschaftliche Aktivitäten teilen, mögen sich aufgerufen fühlen, einen Beitrag anzumelden! Sie können Fotos zeigen, Grußworte sprechen, Fachvorträge in Deutsch oder Englisch bieten, Funde präsentieren, etc. – Hauptsache, es ist eine persönliche Ehrung oder gewidmeter Fachbeitrag. Diesen Anmeldungen folgend stellen wir das Programm zusammen und nehmen, falls erforderlich, zeitliche Empfehlungen vor. Bitte reichen sie bis Ende des Jahres eine druckfähige Version Ihres Beitrags ein (foerderverein-jme@outlook.de ODER mail@frederik-spindler.de, bei Fachvorträgen nach Art einer Zusammenfassung; farbige Abbildungen und Quellenangaben sind möglich; bitte angemessene Kontaktdaten nicht vergessen), damit wir bis zum Colloquium eine Festschrift zusammenstellen können. Eine Festschrift mit nur einer Handvoll Beiträgen wird aber nicht zu drucken lohnen. Wer bereits explizit angesprochen wurde, darf sich unserer besonderen Vorfreude gewiss sein. Und um ein Letztes auszuräumen: Wenn Sie beispielsweise ein Gedicht  für Helmut zu Gehör bringen möchten, aber auch einen naturwissenschaftlichen Beitrag haben, möchten wir ungern auf eines von beiden verzichten müssen.

To ensure that you continue to feel welcome, this little layout is intended to get you in the mood for this special event.

[graphic:] Invitation to the Helmut Tischlinger Colloquium on 7 February 2026 at the Jura Museum Eichstätt (Willibaldsburg):

After more than 50 years of voluntary work in the association ‘Friends of the Jura Museum’, we wish to honour our founder, teacher, supporter and friend.

The association’s ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING is scheduled for about 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. (the exact time will follow once the programme has been finalised).

Following that, there will be scientific presentations, speeches and entertainments. Catering will be provided. We thank you for all the registrations we have received so far and look forward to read more: foerderverein-jme@outlook.de

All members of the association, as registered friends of the Jura Museum, are invited to the event, as well as a number of specially invited guests.

If you have already registered, there is no need to do anything except arrange your travel and accommodation, if necessary. If you need assistance with this, please let us know. There is no admission fee or contribution towards expenses for the colloquium. We only need your registration to estimate the number of participants. Please have your membership cards ready; the updated cards are currently being produced and will be sent out in time.

Anyone who has worked closely with Helmut Tischlinger, accompanied him on his path to date and/or shares his scientific activities is invited to submit a contribution! You can show photos, give greetings, present scientific findings in German or English, etc. – the main thing is that it is a personal tribute or a dedicated scientific talk. Based on these submissions, we will compile the programme and, if necessary, make recommendations regarding timing. Please submit a printable version of your contribution by the end of the year (foerderverein-jme@outlook.de OR mail@frederik-spindler.de, for scientific presentations, these should be summaries; colour illustrations and references are welcome; please do not forget to include appropriate contact details) so that we can prepare a festschrift for the colloquium. However, a festschrift with only a handful of articles would not be worth printing. Those who have already been explicitly approached can be assured of our special anticipation. And to clarify one last thing: if, for example, you would like to recite a poem for Helmut, but also have a scientific input, we would be reluctant to have to choose between the two.
